This License Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Le Creative ("Licensor") and the client ("Licensee") upon the purchase or use of any photography or videography services. By using our content, you agree to the terms below.

1. Ownership & Copyright

All images, videos, and creative content produced by Le Creative remain the intellectual property of Le Creative, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The client receives a license to use the content under the terms outlined in this Agreement.

2. License Grant

Le Creative grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the content for the agreed purposes, which may include:
✅ Commercial use (e.g., advertisements, websites, social media, brochures).
✅ Editorial use (e.g., magazines, news publications).
✅ Internal business use (e.g., presentations, reports).

If the Licensee requires exclusive rights or a buyout, this must be agreed upon in a separate written contract.

3. Usage Restrictions

The Licensee may not:
❌ Sell, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the content to third parties.
❌ Modify or alter the content in a way that misrepresents Le Creative’s work.
❌ Use the content in unlawful, defamatory, or offensive ways.
❌ Claim authorship of the content.

4. Duration & Termination

The license is granted for the agreed-upon duration. Le Creative reserves the right to revoke the license if the Licensee violates the terms of this Agreement.

5. Credit & Attribution

If required by contract, the Licensee must credit Le Creative when using the content in editorial publications or on social media.

6. Liability & Indemnification

Le Creative is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the content. The Licensee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Le Creative from any claims arising from misuse of the licensed content.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of [Finland]. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Helsinki käräjäoikeus, Finland].
